Mardo purchase and refund policy

Mardo 1 is sold for US $29.99 as a one-time personal license. The free app includes a 14-active-use-day evaluation of editing and PDF export so a buyer can evaluate those paid capabilities before purchasing.

Final after delivery

After Stripe confirms payment, Floof Logic immediately issues a permanent offline certificate. Because that certificate cannot be remotely revoked, Mardo does not offer a general change-of-mind refund period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, a purchase is final once the certificate is delivered.

This policy does not reduce any mandatory refund, withdrawal, warranty, consumer guarantee, or other non-waivable right.

Problems and required remedies

Floof Logic will refund a duplicate charge. If certificate delivery fails and support cannot correct it, Floof Logic will refund the affected purchase. If Mardo materially fails to provide the paid capabilities described at purchase and support cannot correct the problem, Floof Logic will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a refund.

Floof Logic may also make another refund exception at its discretion. That does not create a general refund period or an obligation to make the same exception again.

Requesting help

Email support@mardo.app using the delivery address and include the Stripe receipt or order identifier. If any refund is issued, the paid license grant ends. Because the certificate cannot be technically disabled, the buyer must remove the .flooflicense certificate and stop using paid editing and PDF features; viewer mode remains available. Support records the refund against the original order and does not claim the certificate was revoked.

Suspected fraud is handled through the same support address. Support never asks for a private signing key, full card number, account password, or document contents.
